ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Shaif and the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) prime witness Wajid Zia have been ordered to appear before court on Monday with regard to the Al-Aziza and Flagship cases.
The hearing is being presided by Judge Arshad Malik after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) approved the request of the Sharif family of transferring the case to another court.

At the hearing today Judge Arshad Malik took a detailed briefing from NAB’s prosecutor regarding the status of the case in Judge Muhammad Bashir’s court.
The NAB prosecutor informed Judge Arshad Malik that after Wajid Zia, the testimony of only one more witness is left.
The hearing has been adjourned till Monday.
